Student Assistance Program
The Student Assistance Program (SAP) identifies, screens, refers, and assists students who may be affected by their own or someone else's use of alcohol or other drugs, along with providing support for students with anger management, stress and eating concerns. Upon referral, the student is interviewed by SAP trained staff.
Recommendations are made to involve the student in an in-school educational group or a referral is made to established school or community resources. All contact with the student is kept confidential. Involvement in the program is completely voluntary.
