RelationshipsRelationships are a key component of NT@ZB life. Creating positive, working relationships with teachers, students, and administrators is at the heart of many decisions made here, from the master schedule, to the concept of cohorts, to the CLASS Advisory and HOUSE programs. As a part of the project-based learning model that we use, it is important that students are able to work together to answer important questions that surround not only our curriculum, but the issues in the world around us. Understanding each other's strengths and weaknesses, abilities and shortcomings allows teachers and students to work together to find the niche in which each student fits so that they may form cohesive teams in each class and grade level.Take a moment to watch Dr. Rita Pierson on her TED Talk about the very reasons why relationships are such an important part of NT@ZB.
