About Mathematics

  • Welcome to the Mathematics Department website.  We believe that all students can learn math at high levels with hard work.  Mathematics is all about creativity, sense-making, forming connections, and communicating.  With that comes the importance of asking questions and making mistakes.  Our mathematics classrooms are spaces that value mistakes, as mistakes encourage brain growth and learning.  We strive to provide all students with opportunities to approach mathematics with curiosity, confidence, and intuition with a focus on LEARNING.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions, concerns, or feedback.
