• ·        Enjoy the Casmir Pulaski holiday on Monday, March 2nd and come to school on Tuesday, March 3rd ready for Spring Testing.  New Tech students will be dismissed at 12:10. Seniors are exempt from testing and do not need to attend on Tuesday.

     ·        Seniors, your blue local scholarship packet is due by 2:30 PM today.  Also, be sure to check out the scholarship binder in the Media Center.  Several opportunities exists for seniors majoring in a wide variety of fields.  Please see Mr. Goldman with questions ASAP!

     ·        Seniors, The Zion‐Benton Federation of Teachers is offering a scholarship for prospective teachers. The due date is March 20, 2015. Fill out the application online at

    ·        Help us save the earth by recycling your unwanted electronics.  Instead of throwing them away, dispose of them correctly. There is a box outside the office to recycle electronics. Help keep carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere to help slow climate change. Every little bit helps, so please recycle your old electronics.

     ·        Do you have talent you want to showcase or do you like watching undiscovered talent?  Come to Sister to Sister’s Open Mic Night at 5 p.m. on March 12th.  Three will be buffet style food served.  There will be entertainment coming from poets, songwriters, actors, musicians, and more.
