Application Procedures:

Candidates wishing to be considered for a Certified position should apply online and submit a letter or interest, 3 letters of recommendation, copies of transcripts and certification to:

State law requires the following items to be on file in Personnel during your employment with Z-BTHS:

Required of ALL New Staff:
Application & Resume
Health Exam & TB Test - at employee´s expense.
I-9 Employment Eligibility Report - requires personal identificaiton documents, such as Driver´s License and Social Security or Passport.
Abused and Neglected Child Mandated Reporter - signed and dated
Criminal Background Check
Also required for Certified Staff:
OFFICIAL Transcripts - for all schools attended.
Credentials - if available.
Illinois Teaching Certificate - original w/ registration fees paid.
